searching.for.IT

as i said before, Akila looks like she's going places. all these portraits of new faces in the modeling industry are so simple and so intriguing. i would book any of them if i was basing my choice on this work by itself. so fresh and so straight forward.

see through me

Akila  Berjaoui

just getting to know this young photographer from Sydney, Australia. can't really find lots of info on her, but i love her work. really fierce, working with great models yet shooting always unexpected frames.
i would keep an eye on her, she's going places.

models off duty

she's a goddess of style. and even in her own peculiar pettitness, she owns every single piece she puts on, no matter how monstrous that piece may be. she's not all about simplicity and easy-to-pull off styles as many of her colleagues are.

Shes f*kin abbey!

Alessandra... so put together.

Lindsay, aint she the cuttest?

keep obsessing over her

lindsay again...

she's got that mystique on her eyes...

no one could pull this off better than abbey

Natalia and her cutie!

a bit vampiresque?
love it

SKI BUNNY

Candice Sweaponel looking like a high class rich-man's-wife skiier, looking gorgeous in white and hot pink. Shot by Sebastian Faena and styled by  Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele for the latest issue of V magazine. To be styled by de Dudzeele is a huge deal. For decades she has worked side by side with photographers as big as Irving Penn, Steven Meisel, Peter Lindbergh and Richard Avedon. She is even responsible for creating the image of some of the biggest models in history such as Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington and Claudia Schiffer.
After ten years at French Elle, she moved to NYC to start working at Vogue US, being in charge on Anna Wintour's first cover at Vogue.

THEMORNINGAFTER

as Romy says: sometimes the morning after is the best part

Anja and Kristal look their best in this shoot by Bec Parsons, styled by Romy wearing gorgeous gowns and pieces by ELLERY, Prada, Miu Miu and others.
sequins, lace and silk- everything looks better the morning after.
